Cancel or change an appointment

You can cancel or change an appointment by:

• The link in the confirmation email that you receive from us after making the appointment, or
• The link in the text message that you receive from us after making the appointment

You can also call 14 036.

Ondernemersloket (Business Desk)

You can make an appointment with the Ondernemersloket at city hall or by phone. When making your appointment, you can choose if you want to visit city hall or make a phone call.

Appointment for multiple people at Balie Burgerzaken (Civil Affairs desk)

Are you arriving with multiple people to your appointment? Please fill in the contact information of one of your group in the appointment form. If you are making the appointment for your child(ren) where you will also be present, then you can fill in your own details.

Appointment for Balie Vergunningen (Licences Desk)

For questions to Permits, Surveillance and Enforcement (Vergunningen Toezicht en Handhaving [VTH]), you can make an appointment to visit city hall or make a phone call.

If you visit city hall, your appointment will be at the Ondernemersplein. With an appointment by phone, we will call you on the date and time of your choosing. Please fill in your phone number and write clearly what the subject of your appointment is when scheduling your meeting.

On Wednesdays, from 8:30 to 11:30 hours, there is an open house at the VTH desk. Here you can ask all your questions on licences, environmental laws and childcare, zoning plan assessments and permits for events, alcohol and hospitality without making an appointment. Appointments are held in Dutch. Please bring a translator with you if you do not speak Dutch. You can register in advance with the hostess.

Inspection of permits granted or applied for

You cannot make an appointment yourself to view (granted) permits or dossiers in the archive. You can apply for this by the Archive dossier inspection request form (in Dutch). For more information on archive inspection, please visit the VTH desk webpage.

Make an appointment at the Ondernemersloket (Business Desk)

You can only make an appointment with the Ondernemersloket for business-related questions. Do you have questions about licences or applying for a passport? Then please make an appointment with VTH or Burgerzaken (Civil Affairs).
