If you are moving in Almere or to Almere, then you have to notify the municipality on time. You can do so online, no more than 4 weeks before the move to no later than 5 days after. DigiD is required for this.
If you are not registered in the Basisregistratie personen (BRP), then you cannot register your move online. You could be deregistered from the BRP because of a completed address investigation, for example. If you are deregistered and you want to register your move, you will have to make an appointment.
If your address is currently a mailing address, then you cannot register your move with family members online. The family members can not be processed through the online form. Please register your move in writing then. You can pick up this form at the desk of city hall. Or you can call 14 036.
If you have registered your move, then this information will appear in the BRP. You will receive a letter of your registration at your new address. If the registration of your move has been processed, you will be notified in MijnOverheid.
You will need the DigiD for the digital form. Read here to find out how to make a DigiD account. You will need an email address when applying for DigiD. After your application, you will receive a letter with an activation code. DigiD will send this letter within 3 days to your address that you are registered under in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP).
If your DigiD account is blocked, then please hand in your move in writing. You can pick up this form at the desk of city hall, or you can call 14 036.
