You will sign the document in the presence of the civil servant during the appointment. The civil servant will stamp the document which features your signature. This confirms the signature is authentic.

What to bring along to your appointment

• A proof of identity which features your signature
• The document which requires your signature
• A debit or credit card. You will pay the costs at your application.
